The February 26th meeting of The Waterdown-East Flamborough Heritage Society will be Scouting in Waterdown/East Flamborough – an illustrated talk presented by Mr. Bob LaLonde, our past president and a Scouter for many years. The Scouting movement, now co-ed as Scouts Canada, started back in1907 in the U.K. It spread rapidly around the world – to Canada in 1910 and Waterdown in 1935.

A note: Please show support for the Flamborough Archives being included in the new Waterdown Library by attending the public drop-in meeting on Thursday, February 18 from 6-8 P.M. at the Community Services Centre, 163 Dundas St. E.
